Arrival Times:

Breakfast- 7:30


Lunch -11:30 [A group needs to be there most of the morning.]


Supper - 4:30

Pastors;
Please make sure your congregation is aware of your scheduled times. Please make sure you have sufficient help to handle the meal. If you do not have enough people, please let Rev. Mike Weaver know at least a day in advance so other people can be obtained to work. Thank you for your cooperation.
